- collection of thin bamboo rods wrap around all 4 sides
- bamboo wrapped sides may have clear lacquer on them, as they appear to have a nice gloss to them
- the base is made up of 3 square tiers descending in size
- each tier is inset by 4.5 inches
- small, thin piece of bamboo rod is missing from the top of one side (as shown on left side in image)
