Return Policy
- ALL SALES ARE FINAL
- All items are sold in “As Is” condition.
- Vintage pieces may have imperfections due to history.
- We are happy to provide more information and/or photos upon request.
- It is the customers responsibility to request additional information in regards to the condition of an item prior to purchase.
- All special order items are subject to forfeit a store credit in the rare event that an exchange is permitted.
Approval Policy
- Any merchandise may be taken or shipped on approval for three days.
- Approval time begins the day the item is taken from the shop or delivered.
- The card on file will be charged if not returned on the third day of approval.
- Please notify the shop within three days otherwise we consider you’re keeping the merchandise.
- Shipping to the destination and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Merchandise must be shipped back to the shop by the third day of the approval.
- We recommend returned approvals to be shipped via freight line, UPS or Fed Ex insured and professionally packed.
- Should any damage take place to the merchandise while on approval, the customer will be charged for repair approved by Pieces or for the full amount.
- We must have a copy of the filled out paperwork with a signature stating the customer takes full responsibility for the product as soon as it leaves the store.
Hold Policy
- All items may be placed on a 48 hour hold.
- The hold will be removed without notice after 48 hours.
Payment Policy
- Please send payments Overnight or 2nd Day Air.
- Cash and major credit cards are accepted.
- No tax is charged on items purchased outside of the state of Georgia.
Damage Policy
- If an item arrives to you with damaged due to shipping, please contact Pieces within 24 hours with images and details.
- All repairs must be approved by Pieces prior to the repair taking place.
Shipping Policy
- Lead times and shipping costs are subject to change.
- Large items require white glove shipping, inquire for proper quotes prior to purchasing. If no inquiry is made, then shipping charges are subject to change after initial purchase.
- There will be no shipping when choosing the In Store Pick Up option.
- If items purchased are being shipped, please inspect within 48 hours of receiving.
- If item is damaged, a claim must be filed within 48 hours of receiving item. If claim is filed after 48 hours, potential store credit is then voided.

- Kelly Wearstler Home Collection is excluded from all sales, promotions, and designer discounts.
- Additional regulations apply for rentals and approvals of Kelly Wearstler Home Collection.
